The TR103 100cm traditional cooker includes a main multifunctional oven and tall auxiliary oven, with side opening doors for easy access allowing for closer proximity.

Benefitting from the Circulaire function in the 61 litre main oven, this cooking function cleans the air within the oven whilst in use, preventing cross transference of flavours or smells. With a maximum temperature of 280°C and a minimum of 30°C, this oven is versatile enough to cook anything from authentic pizza, to proving bread.

The large main oven has 4 shelves positions whilst the 84 litre auxiliary oven has 9, making it ideal for batch baking. As well as both oven cavities also featuring electric grills, there is also a separate grill compartment; all the grills allow for closed door grilling

The gas hob top offers 6 powerful gas burners, including a WOK burner for great flexibility.

This cooker features a Vapor Clean programme in the main oven; designed to generate steam to help release burnt on food from the walls of the oven. Vapour cleaning is straightforward, simply put a little water & detergent into the hollow in the oven base and select the vapour setting.
