The GEN73415E features four gas burners to accommodate food preparation for a range of meals – from boiling vegetables for a Sunday roast, to frying up some bacon for breakfast. The outputs are the following:

• Front-Left: 5 kW
• Front-Right: 1 kW
• Back-Left: 1.75 kW
• Back-Right: 1.75 kW

If you lead a busy lifestyle, these burners are highly efficient for up to 35% time saving. Just place your pot or pan on the cast iron support, and use the automatic ignition to start the heat. Or, perhaps you’re prepping a noodle stir-fry for the whole family? Then make the most of the front-left, 5 kW double ring wok burner on this Blomberg gas hob, which is designed for larger saucepans with higher quantities of food.

As an integrated model, finished in stainless steel, the Blomberg GEN73415 will make a stunning addition to any modern kitchen. Better still, it comes with a special nano coating, for 10 times easier cleaning of the surface – so you won’t need to spend too long scrubbing off accidental spillages.

To enhance the hob’s performance, an optional LPG conversion kit is available, which transforms natural gas to higher pressure LPG. You’ll also find a Flame Failure Device (FFD) installed, which shuts off a burner’s gas flow if the flame has gone out.
