At the heart of the system is the AutoEmpty dock, which automatically empties the robot’s bin into enclosed AllergenLock bags. The dock can hold up to 75 days of dirt, so you can forget about frequent emptying and enjoy a cleaner home with less maintenance.

Its advanced 4 stage cleaning system delivers a thorough result on every pass. A multi surface bristle brush lifts dirt from carpets and hard floors, while an edge sweeping brush tackles debris along skirting boards and in corners. With up to 70 times more suction power, it captures dust and debris with ease. For hard floors, the microfibre mop pad with SmartScrub technology provides effective mopping performance, ideal for tackling dried on marks and everyday spills.

Thanks to ClearView LiDAR, the 105+ creates detailed maps of your home and navigates with precision, even in low light. You can choose between vacuum only, mop only or a combined vac and mop mode, tailoring the clean to suit each room. When mopping, the robot automatically detects and avoids carpets and rugs, protecting soft furnishings from moisture.

Customisation is simple through the Roomba Home app, where you can set fully personalised cleaning schedules, target specific rooms and adjust performance settings. With four levels of suction and three levels of liquid control, you can increase power in high traffic areas for a deeper clean. The robot can also be controlled via the app, by pressing the onboard buttons, or by using compatible voice assistant enabled devices. With 2.4GHz WiFi connectivity, setup is quick and reliable.
