The smart CircoTherm airflow system keeps heat moving throughout your oven, so you can place your trays on any level, from one to four, and still get even results. VarioSteam gives dishes just the right amount of moisture by adding steam at three intensity levels, meaning all your dishes retain their gorgeous colour and flavour. There's even an intelligent Baking & Roasting Assistant, which suggests the ideal cooking time, temperature and mode for any dishes. You can also use the included Multipoint Meatprobe, a thermometer that monitors the core temperature of your meat and controls the oven temperature accordingly, so you don't need to worry about it.

NEFF's pyrolytic self-cleaning ovens let you say goodbye to scrubbing your oven once and for all. The Pyrolytic system heats your oven up to 480°C, burning away grease or food residue – no chemicals needed. Once the oven has cooled down, simply wipe out the bit of ash and you’re done. Alternatively, if you want to clean a lightly-soiled oven quickly, you can use the integrated steam cleaning system: it's as easy as placing water and a drop of washing up liquid into the base pan and letting the steam programme soften baked-on residues, so you can just wipe it down easily afterwards.
