The HBG7741B1B features Bosch's intuitive Digital Control Ring operation - making it easier than ever to operate your oven with just a single finger! The high resolution digital screen clearly displays your cooking settings, and offers plenty of information to make sure that you can easily find the right cook settings for any meal. 

• Assist function: never guess when your food is cooked; the oven will automatically switch off when your food is cooked. All you need to do is tell the oven what exactly you're cooking, using the Bosch Home Connect app!
• Oven Assistant: Pair your oven with your Bosch Home Connect account and tell it - via Amazon Alexa or via the Home Connect app - the dish you want to cook and the oven will suggest suitable cooking settings and cooking times.
• Discover a World of taste: Browse recipes via the Bosch Home Connect app - once you've settled on the one you want to cook, the app aill transfer all of the relevant cooking setting directly to your Bosch oven!

Bosch's HotAir Gentle cooking function will gently cook your foods to perfection using gentle fan cooking technology - particularly helpful when baking on a single level. Alternatively, cook on up to 3 levels at once with perfectly even results, thanks to Bosch's 3D HotAir functionality. The HBG7741B1B is so versatile, that if you add the optional HEZ629070 Air Fry & Grill tray, then you'll even be able to air fry in your Bosch oven, without the need for a separate air fryer!

The HBG7741B1B even makes light work of cleaning; it features pyrolytic cleaning technology. When your oven needs a deep clean, switch it to the pyrolytic programme. It will heat to 480°C to burn off all food and grease residue. Once the oven has cooled, simply wipe out the resulting ash. When your oven is less soiled, you can simply add 400ml of water and a drop of detergent in the bottom of the oven and select the relevant cleaning programme - the resulting steam will loosen and soften stubborn food residue, allowing you to easily clean it out afterwards.
