    Rockingham Forge Sunrise Collection 8" Chef's Knife, Stainless Steel with Resin Handles, Emerald Green

    Forged from X40cr3 stainless steel, the blades on Sunrise Collection knives are made from high quality materials and sharpened for the perfect cut every time.

    The colourful resin Emerald Green handles capture a beautiful marble pattern. The handles are both hard wearing and supremely comfortable.

    As will all Rockingham Forge knives, these are designed and manufactured with longevity in mind.
