    Joseph Joseph Elevate 5-Piece SlimBlock Knife Set

    This stylish set comprises five knives with Japanese stainless-steel blades and ergonomic handles plus a smart, slimline knife block that features easy-access knife slots and a removable, two-stage ceramic sharpener in the base.

    Elevate™ technology designed to improve hygiene and minimise mess. Weighted handles and integrated knife rests prevent blades from touching the work surface when placed down

    Blades made from Japanese stainless-steel. Slimline block with easy-access knife slots. Removable two-stage ceramic sharpener in base.

    Care & use:

    • Not dishwasher safe
    • Knives - hand wash only and dry immediately
    • Block and sharpener - wipe clean with a damp cloth
    • Sharpener not suitable for ceramic or serrated blades
    • After sharpening, wash and dry blades before cutting food
    • Always place on a flat surface and grip handle firmly when using the sharpener
