When you purchase a replacement appliance from HBH Woolacotts, you can pay an additional fee for us to remove, collect, recycle, and transport your old appliance minimise pollution and natural resource usage.

The WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directive aims to reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment being produced and to encourage everyone to reuse, recycle and recover it. As part of this directive, providing a new appliance is purchased, we also offer a free take back service for old appliances providing the appliance is dropped off at one of our authorised drop off points:

• Kings Hill, Bude,

• Coypool Retail Park, Plymouth

• Pike Street, Liskeard

• The Valley Retail Park, St Austell

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a ‘crossed-out wheelie bin' symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
