Our Services HBH Woolacotts provides customers with electrical items such as televisions, radios, CD players, DVD recorders and players, cameras, and camcorders - and offer a large range of kitchen appliances such as cookers, refrigeration, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers and vacuum cleaners.  Finally, we provide smaller items such as batteries, light bulbs and blank storage media such as blank CDs, DVDs and Videos. We employ a large number of sales assistants throughout our shops.  We believe customer service is a golden rule, and because of this, insist that customers are a number one priority.  Not only will our friendly sales teams be more than happy to assist you with choosing the right product, we will ensure that the product is delivered to you and installed. Our drivers deliver and install products throughout Cornwall and Devon.  We believe that if you buy locally, you should be looked after properly, and therefore we won't just drop your product on the doorstep and turn around.  All our products are delivered and installed at no additional cost, and if required, we will provide a demonstration on how to use your new product. We employ a number of engineers and electricians.  Our service department work on products both in and out of guarantee.  If you purchase a product from us and it goes faulty under warranty, we will come and collect it and return it to our service department.  If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.  We will even leave you with a loan set while yours is in for repair - all you have to do is contact us and we will take your details and take care of the rest.  Once the item has been repaired, we will deliver it back to you and re-connect it if necessary. Products not under warranty can also be repaired.  Again, we can arrange collection of the product to have it bought into the workshop.  If an item cannot be bought in for repair, such as a washing machine or dishwasher, we will arrange for one of our home calling engineers to visit your home. We partner with many companies, such as Sky Digital, to provide you with our usual exceptional level of service when taking out Sky TV.  If a fault develops with a product under warranty with a manufacture, we will arrange for the manufacture's engineer to visit you as soon as possible - to save you the hassle.
