DVD Home Cinema System

SC-XH50 features a 1080p up-conversion function that converts SD (720 x 576 pixels) images from DVD sources to HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) images. These up-converted signals draw out the maximum performance of an HDMI-compatible 1080p HDTV, giving you vivid, sharp and exceptionally detailed high-resolution images to enjoy.

VIERA Link lets you operate SC-XH50 with a single VIERA TV remote control. With VIERA Link, there's no more need to switch between multiple remote controls. Further, ARC (Audio Return Channel) feature makes it possible to receive audio signals from the TV, on top of the preexisting HDMI function of sending audio/video signals to the TV with just one cable. This simplifies connection by eliminating the audio cable connection between the TV audio output and the main unit's audio input. * ARC compatible TV is required.

SC-XH50 lets you enjoy photos (JPEG), music (MP3) and movie (DivX) saved into USB memory.
