Just felt the need to make others know about the excellent service that we have just had from Tony. I explained to Tony about the 3 week delay in a high Street store processing our order for a tumble dryer only to find out that the dryer was to be dispatched by the manufacturer........with an estimated additional waiting time of 4 weeks! I rang Tony on Monday afternoon and was able to get a comparable tumble dryer delivered and installed within 24 hours!!! Why look elsewhere?! Rob S.

I recently purchased a Samsung TV from your salesman Dave McGinn . I wasn't happy with the picture and Dave sent an installer to check the TV. I still wasn't happy with it so Dave arranged an upgrade to a Panasonic TV. Unfortunately this went pop bang on the first night. Again Dave arranged for someone to replace the TV, which seems to be working fine.
I do not hold your company responsible in anyway for my issues but I want to commend your company and staff on their excellent customer service.
Dave throughout has been true professional giving his expert and impartial opinion and his customer service skills are a credit to himself and your company.
The installers who called were also a credit to your company.

We have taken the trouble to find your name and address so that we can write and congratulate you on the employment of a member of your Bodmin staff called Julie who is a credit to Woolacotts. She was most helpful when we visited the Bodmin store with a view to purchasing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Julie gave us time, information on various appliances, and had a friendly approach without being overpowering, before making our choice on our first visit as we were leaving the store the last thing Julie said was "If you have any questions please do not hesitate to telephone me".
We consider we received excellent service as customers and were happy to return to the store to place our order for a Miele Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer on Tuesday. These items were delivered to us today.
In a day and age where sales staff are not as welcoming as they should be it is a pleasant surprise to meet someone who is interested not only in the product they are selling, but also in their customer and their satisfaction.

I would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks to your staff at Bude last week, we decided to replace our 10 year old (analogue) television with a new unit that embraced all the latest technology and would carry us forward for another 10 years of viewing.
We knew that the new systems had evolved were quite bewildering to our senior citizen age that we find ourselves part of, however, your staff guided us through and compared several options and manufacturers.
We finally settled for a Panasonic 42" Plasma unit with a Home Cinema System, your staff spent 1 1/2 hours helping and explaining to us the options.
We were very impressed with this and really appreciated their time; delivery was arranged and came on time. The Wadebridge team that installed it also explained everything and took away all the packaging and the old television, they too were very efficient.
The most pleasant surprise of all was the cost, the television was the same from you as the large internet suppliers, some made a charge for delivery, installation and removal of the old unit. You did not.
Some charged an additional £200 to extend the warranty to 5 years, your package came with 5 years inclusive.
I reckon that I was several £100's pounds better off by using Woolacotts, well done.

I have previously done 'mystery shopping' at your stores so thought you would like a gueniune comment. (I cannot find anywhere specifically for 'compliments').
I took my elderly aunt into your Wadebridge branch yesterday and the salesperson was so extremely kind and helpful, despite my aunt being quite difficult. (She was looking for a new cooker and wanted to spend as little as possible!)
He was very patient and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. After a difficult day with her, I tried to stay out of things a bit, but his name was Dave. He gave a card with his details to my aunt. He went on to tell us about your new store which he will be transferring to in St Austell next spring.
I thought you ought to know he is a credit to your company.

Hi I want you to know of the excellent customer service I received, and not for the first time I might add, from Sandie in your Bodmin store on Saturday last. Having explained to her what I wanted (a clock radio that I could receive Radio 4 on) she showed me my digital clock radio options and not only checked I could receive digital radio at my address but programmed the clock radio for me. Sandie also told me if I found the clock radio didn't work as I required - it does! - then I could take it back. I do hope you as a company recognise customer commendations in some way as Sandie certainly does you proud.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for handling the problem with the fridge-freezer you delivered 11th June, so effectively and promptly. Even new machinery can break down and it is the way in which its suppliers respond that is important, and it's the reason I buy all my electrical equipment from Woolacotts rather than from a large national change who would, no doubt, have told me to contact the Manufacturer thereby causing unacceptable delay.
The house was holiday let all the time and so, getting an immediate replacement was vital.

yesterday the 7th august at approx 9.30 am called into your branch and purchased said tv,
the sales girl (laura) was an absolute gem, upon receipt of payment i was asked when i would like to take delivery as it could be arranged immediately (that i did not expect) i was sure it would be at least a few days.
however i settled on 11 am and low and behold there was darren at 11.10
the set was up and running by 11.20 am.
when my wife returned from work that evening she could not figure out how to record onto our panasonic
hard drive so we called up and spoke to ross who sorted it over the phone in a matter of minutes.
if this is the sort of service you and your team provide its olympic gold medal service.
finally no more scart sockets awful damn things hooray.
and would i use you again of course i would.

A couple of Fridays ago, I had a problem with a television in one of my houses in town, and I telephone Lynn in the office at around 4pm. Within minutes, Andy and his colleague were at the house and realised that this was an aerial/dish problem. Within half an hour, Bob was at the house, outside in the rain, dark and dismal, and with his usual cheerful disposition replaced the Sky dish and checked everything was working properly.
A fantastic service and my genuine thanks to all at Woolacotts for the brilliant standards of customer care you provide. Truely appreciated and certainly makes my life a lot easier!

Our washing machine blew up a few weeks ago and we have been searching high and low for a reliable replacement. We decided we wanted a samsung so after trawling the internet we found that you guys stock them. Following a very friendly and helpful conversation with Martin he arranged for me to collect our new machine from Liskeard. When i arrived at Liskeard Peter met me, talked me through the machine without teaching me to suck eggs and arranged for it to be loaded into my car. I left the store feeling that nothing would have been to much trouble for them. It was nice to see that the age of shop keepers with courtesy has not completely gone. I'm not one normally to put pen to paper so to speak, but I just felt I had to write to comment on the absolutely fantastic service I have received from your Company in the last week. From the minute I came into the shop and dealt with Mark, who was so helpful, and then Vicky who arranged for delivery and installation, to James, Alex and Chris who came to do the installation. Everyone has been so courteous, efficient and helpful.
I care for an elderly person who has a form of dementia, and who was in bed when James arrived to install the dish. James not only took the trouble to come in and tell me when he was going to start drilling so that I could reassure the person I care for, but when he finished the inside, insisted on vacuuming up the tiny bit of dust, and then even carried the vacuum back out to the garage. I was very touched at the caring attitude of one so young.
Then Alex and Chris arrived, whipped out all my old equipment, and set up the new TV and DVD. Everything was done so professionally and efficiently. They then took great patience with me in explaining how things worked. When they had all gone, you wouldn't have known anyone had been in. They left the place immaculate.
As I said at the beginning Mark, I'm not a great one for going into print, but I've been absolutely bowled over by the service I have received, and I want everyone to know.
In my opinion, everyone I have dealt with is a star. My grateful thanks to all of them.

They were were very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff in your shop. When the goods were delivered (on Monday as promised), the delivery men plumbed in the washing machine, wired up the cooker, tested it all, even setting the time on the clock.
