We now run a dedicated Service Site, located in Bude.  Any items returned to our stores will get internally transferred to our service department, where our engineers are based. Our promise to provide an outstanding level of backup support means that should your item develop a fault under warranty, our engineers will visit you to collect the the item and return it to our service department where work will be carried out.  As always, an option of loan equipment will be offered.  Once your item is returned, we will deliver it back to your home and re-connect any other equipment which might be connected.

Larger items that are unable to be returned to our workshop (such as washing machines and dishwashers) will also be serviced by our engineers.  For such items, we employ our 'field engineers' who will call out to your home and repair the item at your property.  Once again, and where possible, we will provide you with loan equipment should your appliance be out of action.

Please note that certain products require the manufacturer's own service department to call.  This includes all gas appliances, and other certain products.  Should this be the case, our sales staff will be more than happy to organise the manufacturer to call on your behalf - to save you the effort of making phone calls.  Should you require assistance with such a product, please contact us in the usual manner and we will take care of everything for you.
