Hello everybody

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Martin at head office and Peter the manager at Liskeard for their excellent customer service.

Our washing machine blew up a few weeks ago and we have been searching high and low for a reliable replacement. We decided we wanted a samsung so after trawling the internet we found that you guys stock them. Following a very friendly and helpful conversation with Martin he arranged for me to collect our new machine from Liskeard. When i arrived at Liskeard Peter met me, talked me through the machine without teaching me to suck eggs and arranged for it to be loaded into my car. I left the store feeling that nothing would have been to much trouble for them. It was nice to see that the age of shop keepers with courtesy has not completely gone. Thank you again for all your time and trouble.

I will make a point of recommending HBH Woolacotts to any friends that require electrical goods in future.

I felt i must pass on my regards about your drivers. Today they delivered a new fridge for me , and their performance was supurb. They were very professional, and although the route was clear it was still tight, but they coped admirably.I myself work in the furniture trade and i would be very happy if all my deliveries were handled in this manner!

I was particulaly pleased with the way they forward thought , ie removing pictures which they felt might be in the way. All in All a very good service. Interestingly john lewis have the same model that i purchased from you for 549 for the bargain price of 689!

Hi Mark,

I'm not one normally to put pen to paper so to speak, but I just felt I had to write to comment on the absolutely fantastic service I have received from your Company in the last week. From the minute I came into the shop and dealt with Mark, who was so helpful, and then Vicky who arranged for delivery and installation, to James, Alex and Chris who came to do the installation. Everyone has been so courteous, efficient and helpful.

I care for an elderly person who has a form of dementia, and who was in bed when James arrived to install the dish. James not only took the trouble to come in and tell me when he was going to start drilling so that I could reassure the person I care for, but when he finished the inside, insisted on vacuuming up the tiny bit of dust, and then even carried the vacuum back out to the garage. I was very touched at the caring attitude of one so young.

Then Alex and Chris arrived, whipped out all my old equipment, and set up the new TV and DVD. Everything was done so professionally and efficiently. They then took great patience with me in explaining how things worked. When they had all gone, you wouldn't have known anyone had been in. They left the place immaculate.

As I said at the beginning Mark, I'm not a great one for going into print, but I've been absolutely bowled over by the service I have received, and I want everyone to know.

In my opinion, everyone I have dealt with is a star. My grateful thanks to all of them.

Following several bad experiences in Manchester, our daughter and her husband visited your store and ordered a cooker and washing machine, with delivery promised on Monday. They were were very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff in your shop. When the goods were delivered (on Monday as promised), the delivery men plumbed in the washing machine, wired up the cooker, tested it all, even setting the time on the clock. They're both now your number one fans and will certainly be coming back to you when they can afford the dishwasher and tumble dryer that's on their list of 'wants'! After their experiences of the 'big city' (and Internet shopping) they were impressed with this service, and we would like to thank you for welcoming them back to the West Country so well!
